The Legislative Branch has oversight over the Executive Branch, but no teeth to back it up.
No real consequences can be levied, so cabinet level people like Holder, and now Garland can thumb their noses at being found in contempt of Congress because they know there is no real punishment.

Prove it! To date no one can show a legitimate audit of votes versus registrations that adds up. You can call people stupid all you want but you have no proof to back up a valid election.
