Having said that, I will not be watching the political theater they are pawning off as a legitimate debate, nor do I think a single mind will be changed as a result of seeing it. 

I think debates should be a thing of the past. Before the advent of social media and 24 hour news I believe they had a purpose. One could watch a debate and see how candidates would respond to various issues and questions. I believe people's votes could be swayed by watching.

Now, we are bombarded 24/7 on a persons stance on whatever issue, no matter how important or trivial it may be. The last few election cycles have showed us that. No way do I think anyone's opinion of either Trump or Biden will change because they watched the debate.

Then I think people are fucking morons for donating money to rich old fucks, but what do I know.

I saw that as well. 2 minutes delay, 2 minutes answer times, and for the first time ever commercial breaks. I would not be surprised if when they don't like what Trump said they will hit the delay, go to commercial, and then come back saying he was violating the gag orders.
