Thousands of small donor accounts are making multiple (hundreds or thousand) of small donations.
Picture a little old lady on Social Security who once made a $20 donation to the Obama campaign
and has recently made hundreds of donations to the Harris campaign in the $10 to $20 range.
When real journalists track her down and ask about the donations, she says she didn't do it and couldn't possibly
donate that much money, even if she wanted to.
The source of the $$$ is unknown and ActBlue shows zero interest in figuring out what's going on.
If fact, ActBlue probably has to disable a few safeguards to make this possible.
This was first noticed during the first Obama campaign and has occurred regularly since then.
Some state attorney generals have tried to look into it but break their heads on a stone wall.

In the fine print of the fine print the thieving left probably set the "one time" donation as a "recurring" donation instead... every 2 years or 4 years then in that 2 or 4 year "one time" donation... hit it a bunch of times.
