Current Active Reports documentation?

Anyone know if there is any current (or close to current) active reports documentation?

I noticed that the font has changed on the tool image photo's in the tool list and it's become unreadable to old people with bad eyes. I don't know if the font resizes automatically with the image size in the allowed space?  The tool image has also grown not leaving much room for the tool dimensions.

I remember someone asking about adding dimensions to tool images or something similar quite a while back on the emc forum but I can't find the post. I'm not sure that thread would be helpful?
