Yes, even though I selected it, the Mastercam chook did not install into the folder...had to copy & paste into the chooks folder...

Tried to uninstall 9.4....it won't uninstall...one of my guys contacted support, they told him it was OK to just delete it....it broke his 9.5 and he had to reinstall it again...

Both times have been an adventure

Ah, ok. I haven't dealt with the Mastercam chook in years. A customer encountered an issue with 9.5.1, read STEP files. 9.4.1 doesn't have the issue, nor did the original release of 9.5. They have four licenses of Vericut, and three of them uninstalled 9.5.1 and reinstalled 9.5 and it was fine. One installation couldn't uninstall 9.5.1, so reinstalled 9.5 over the top of it and that worked.

Normally, the updates are smooth sailing, but I am expecting a 9.5.2 very soon based on my experience with this one :)

We had to manually install the Mastercam chook as well.

We also had issues with the chook not launching. But IIRC that issue was something on our end.
