They said a secret service guy spotted shooter pointing gun through chain link fence while he was walking one hole ahead. SS fired multiple shots at him. He fled and witness saw him and took pic in f car and plates. License reader spotted him and arrested. AK 47 with scope.

400 yards with an AK would be a 1 in 5 shot for an expert.
