The USSS drone operator who was responsible for aerial surveillance of the venue was on the phone with tech support for the drone manufacturer because he only had 1 week of training and couldn't get it working.

They STILL let Trump walk into an open-air venue that was basically unsecured since they didn't even have eyes on the closest rooftop.
