I wouldn't want to be on his bad side. 

I will say this.. If anyone ever needed a good AE guy he'd be one of my first recommendations.

The electoral college was design so that large states could not overshadow small states. My proposal takes this concept even further in that large cities can't do the same to rural areas in any state. In MN we would be evenly divided in electors. In Cali, millions of conservatives in rural areas would have their votes count.

I'm not sure what you're arguing for I guess?  The whole point of the electoral college is so the majority doesn't rule the few.
