I guess the title of 'Pastor' doesn't automatically make someone a Bible scholar.
There is a difference between literal and figurative language that this guy apparently doesn't get.

Just to clarify, Jesus was NOT calling HER a dog.
The question using the figurative language of crumbs and dogs was essentially "Shouldn't the Messiah minister to everyone, not only the Jews?"

I don't see anything even hinting at racism there.  All I see is Jesus saying it's ok to eat with dirty hands and dirty dishes, and it's not possible for that to make you sick.
