The other thing that could be true, is that, the story surrounding Epstein was blown out of proportion to drive distrust in political elites for a populist movement. I'm not saying either of these 2 scenarios is right or wrong. Just that neither would surprise me, but the one thing about a conspiracy theory is that they are never---ever proved wrong. there is always one... more.... question that needs answered

Say those running the operation were CIA and/or Mossad, it would cripple the CIA leaving us blind to any potential attacks and irreparably damage relations with Israel.
