Late term, publicly funded, no age limits, no parental consent, infanticide, etc. This ridiculous law being proposed in Mississippi is the opposite.

If you take politics out of the mix, and listen to the doctors point of view, do you think that making murdering babies in to late term pregnancy is really the goal?

I hope that is not the goal. But I could ask the same question to you. Take politics out of it. Take religion out of it. And let's just for the sake of argument agree that in the case of Rape and incest abortion is ok. (I'm trying my best here to get rid of political talking points) Using the socratic method of getting to some truth through a series of questions, Is there some point where medicine should say, abortion was ok before this point, but now it's too late. And why is that the point where it was ok before but now it's too late.

While it is good that everyone seems to agree on that. It would behoove all of us to ask ourselves if we are also using similar methods to try and convince people that we are right in our view points and other people are wrong. Their method is condemnation and protest, rather than engagement, relationship building and common ground. It could very well be, that there is some westboro in all of us, to some degree. jm2c.

The way it was explained to me, is that doctors want to be able to make potential life saving decisions without worrying about the legal ramifications.

This was explained to me by reasonable people in the medical profession, not activists, so their opinion may not be the same that you would hear from a group of women wearing vagina hats.
