My local store had a big ad for egglands best Extra Large at $3.

But their shipment was only 10 cases, which was gone in minutes.

We're waiting for her daughters chickens to start laying again.

I've been hearing stories of $12 to $15 a dozen If they even have them.

We're kinda picky with our eggs, and we eat a lot of them.
The cheapo $3 a dozen you get at your local grocer, the yolks are like a Light yellow.  The fresh eggs I get from friends or the "all natural pasture raised" have yolks that are a rich Golden color and taste so much better.
