Let me break it down for you to make it slightly easier to understand.

This happens for business deals, country deals, all sorts of deals all around the world every single day. Trump didn't reinvent anything, he's doing what he has done for years running a business.

Now we go to the Gaza thing where Trump said he will clean it up and make it better than ever. Now we have other countries clamoring to take it over. That's called FOMO (Fear of Missing Out).
