I'm not worried, as a sober alcoholic, I am a firm believer in the Serinity Prayer.

On the practical side, my employer changed our 401K to JP Morgan last December.
Since I am 70 years old, they put me in the old man funds(wealth preservation).
I'm currently down 4% from it's recent all time high.

A 63 year old co-worker, who fancies himself a trader, immediately moved half his 401K into aggressive growth funds
last December.
He is getting slaughtered. This morning, I asked him how he was doing and he said,
"It hurts too much too look."

I was trying to be contrarian away from the mega caps and DCA'ing into small cap value fund (AVUV). It's getting slaughtered pretty good, but I haven't gone in heavy. More of a plan to dribble over several years.
