Neighbor's wife is having a surprise birthday party for him tonight and asked me to smoke some butts. Wasn't expecting her to drop off 6 of them last night, but we'll get 'em cooked.

Having a grill with wifi and smoking from the comfort of my office, 25 miles away, is sure hard work. :coffee:

I don't think that I've ever had any perch. 

I live in the Seattle area so I used to do a lot of Salmon and Steelhead fishing about 10 years ago. Something I'd like to get back in to but with the invention of the internet, every river looks like a war zone full of armature fishermen so there are no "secret" spots anymore. 

I've had Sturgeon which I really liked.

I'm funny when it comes to fish. Mushy texture or a fishy taste and I take a pass on the fish.  :D 
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

Super Bowl XLII spread for me and the old lady.





First time smoking cream cheese. Did one with Everything but the Bagel, the other with Meat Church Voodoo. Both were great. Wings went on naked and a little frozen, smoked on low for about 2 hours. Tossed in olive oil and Voodoo. Threw them on the Bullseye for a few minutes at 425 to char/crisp them up a bit. Tossed in a homemade sauce made up of Frank's, butter, vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic, and a dash of Worcestershire. Cheez-its are tossed in olive oil, Voodoo, dry ranch mix, and Worcestershire before two hours of smoke. I'm still full.
