I've never once been embarrassed of my citizenship. This is the greatest country on the planet.

One can be proud to be an American and still be embarrassed by certain elements within the country. Similarly, one can protest actions and policies of elected officials while still being patriotic.

For example, Trump, along with ignorant, brainwashed jackasses such as yourself who blindly support him, are embarrassments to the country. If you were a real American, and could comprehend the Constitution even a little bit, you'd know this.

I saw a story this morning about an Oklahoma family that was raided by ICE. They are US citizens and think that ICE was looking for the family that lived there previously. ICE, accompanied by the FBI, allegedly took their phones, computers, and cash and left the family with no way to contact them. The local news agency tried to get a hold of the DHS and got no response.

I'm reluctant to post a link to the story because the woman chose to, understandably, remain anonymous and used a pseudonym. I'm waiting to see if a national news agency picks the story up.

Doesn't matter though, the idiots who vote for Trump won't admit that he's wrong, that they're wrong, and that the photo was altered. I've voted 3rd party in the last four presidential elections. I didn't even know who the libertarian candidate was in the 2024 election and voted libertarian anyway.  I could have voted for Elmer Fudd and it would have been better than the alternatives.
