The photo was posted to Nayib Bukele's twitter. Unless Bukele is a complete moron and was trying to discredit Trump, it's not photoshopped.   

I thought that there was a video of the same meeting but I'm not 100% sure on that. If I find it, I'll post it.

I've voted 3rd party in the last four presidential elections. I didn't even know who the libertarian candidate was in the 2024 election and voted libertarian anyway.  I could have voted for Elmer Fudd and it would have been better than the alternatives.
