The point of the thread is that he was put in prison without due process. Just like the other 50. You want to talk about those or is that too inconvenient?



I'll keep it in the same thread.  I don't mind having 50 conversations in one thread. Why would we change anything now?

Since the subject is due process. shouldn't the focus be on the previous administration allowing entry under their app. And then closing the court cases before they were adjudicated. Thus denying due process for the individuals? If the previous administration denied them due process on the way in why are you complaining about the due process going out. seems to be a little bit hypocritical. Particularly as the previous administration neglected to vet the incoming illegal entrants. I would think you would be applauding the current administration for securing the border and removing the 662,000 known criminals and enforcing the current immigration law passed by congress. Is that to inconvenient to discuss?

I think you are childishly naive and are not speaking from experience. Have you forgotten the 4 college students who accidentally crossed into Iran and were incarcerated. I would consider myself lucky if I violated a countries border illegally and was returned to my home country. Garcia violated our border and was returned to his country. If his country accepted his return and put him in Jail that would be their decision. And I can attest that there are many countries that would do much worse if you violate their law. Remember the kid in north korea who was sent home to die after tearing down a poster? from the few posts I have seen from you it appears you are woke and expect a living salary from menial jobs and citizenship , free health care and free housing. If I had to venture a guess I would say you live in or near one of four cities. San Francisco , Chicago, New York city or Seattle. Am I right?

What about the 50 who were here legally? I know you don't want to talk about those but if you remember, this admin told us that they only sent gang members who were here illegally to that prison. They lied.

This has been brought up before, that's not what happened. We paid them to put these people in prison.
