That's why I like Fat Earnie's. Unfortunately, the only family owned restaurant close to where I live truly sucks.

Cracker Barrel is tinkering with cosmetics when they should be working on the quality of their food, IMO. If that goes down any further, nothing they do to the inside or outside would make me come back.

Yeah, if a first time customer has a bad experience at a restaurant they generally don't give it a 2nd chance, imo. A long time customer might cut them a 2nd chance.

The last time I went to a Cracker Barrel was about a year ago. The service and food was so bad, I swore that I would never go back. If the service and food suck, whatever they do with the sign means little to me.
