WANTING to hire anyone as long as they're not white.

Is that an indirect way of saying, prioritizing minorities?

The only group that I know of that has made hiring discrimination claims against CB, has been Stephen Millers group (go figure). Is there any evidence that the company policy is, or was, to "hire anyone as long as they're not white"? It is still illegal, right?

BTW, I'm not a big fan of DEI, but admittedly, my bias against DEI is based on a limited knowledge of how (or how much) it affects hiring and promotion practices inside these companies. I also don't know how many people are affected by DEI policy, positive, or negative. This company (CB) has had DEI policy for at least two years now. Why has it just now a become a problem? 

edit: sorry, their DEI policy shift started under the last CEO in 2021. So 4 years.
