I thought his reply to the broken Teleprompter was pretty awesome, with some comedy.

Maybe it was his Navy Doctor making him get his steps in?

Conspiracy theorize much?

Regardless, he doesn't use those things much anyway, goes OT more than this section of this forum!

Brian

Besides the mechanical problems, what do folks here make of his speech?

I'm still trying to wrap my head around Stephen Millers speech at the Kirk memorial.  I haven't been able to process that one yet so I don't know if I have enough bandwidth to start processing another. :D

Who in the hell was Stephen Miller talking to with that speech?

I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

Just an observation.
But for comedy/clarity (for neurosis - kinda like cliff's notes)

After Brian's question, I decided to give it a listen. I'm not all the way through it yet, but I already regret it.

3 minutes in and I was already eye rolling. Now, like Brian, I'm curious to know what others thought about it.

I had to watch the speech, since you've brought it up a few times. Not really a big fan, but to answer your question, I would guess that he is talking to the people leaving death threats against him and fellow conservatives.

But I have to say, today, it seems like every single famous person, says they are getting death threats. I wonder sometimes if that is actually true or not. It is indeed sad if it is true, and it's also kind of sad that people would need to make that up, if it's not.

Man I just saw a few minutes worth of clips on some of the news and/or late night shows, and I feel like I heard too much.  "Not saying that in a braggaducios way" - Ha!  The crazy thing about toxic narcissist is they actually believe what they're saying.  That's what makes a great con man - other fools believe it too just because of the confidence (hence con man).

He did say that smart people don't like him. :D

I used to think that Bush was the gift that kept giving when it came to gaffes.  :D

Now he just says "I bet you miss me now."
...or is that just Will Ferrell's SNL bit - I can't remember.

I sat through about 2-ish minutes and turned it off.

I thought it was in poor taste. Both him and Steve Miller(?)...

Had those two been left off, it would have been a classy event. With those two, it was more political rally than respect.

Del.

I was disappointed in Miller and Trump. The rest were awesome. It's Trumps major personality flaw of how to handle a moment.
