probably for the same reason that anorexic\bolemic women who identify as being obese when they weigh 80lbs and feel the need to change their bodies to match their ill-conceived notions of themselves commit suicide so often. They have a disorder that needs help not encouraged.

And just like I don't hate a person with bulimia,  I don't hate a person with gender dysphoria. I feel compassion for them, but not hate, or irrational fear for that matter.

I'm not terrified of anything. why would I be terrified? I have 2 people in my extended family that are transgender. we get along good. I feel sorry for them, I don't have fear of them. Just to turn the tables, though, I think that you have been unknowling conditioned to believe that disagreeing is the same as fear. How the heck did you get to that thinking?

I changed my mind... regulators should put that "background check" company out of business. I can see if he had good fake documentation... I'd let that slide with just revocation of their license and a way to get it back. The Doctorate... that means they never even picked up the phone and called the University.
