Right, when the Dems investigate criminal actions it's a witch hunt.  When this administration goes on a politically motivated witch hunt, it's actually finding the crimes they are fabricating for political retribution.

My first year when I had my own company, I was owed more than I paid in taxes.  When I arrived at the numberbof write-offs that equalled what I paid in I did not deduct any more. About 9-ish months after the final filing for the tax year I get the dreaded "audit" letter in the mail. They claimed I did not reportnall my income. So I called (two hours on hold), explain that they do not want to audit me, they will be sending me money if they do. 

I get everything in order, sent it to them, filed an amended return, and innthe end, owed nothing more, and got back a little over $2k than I paid in taxes.

 Wasn't how I wanted to roll, but they forced my hand.

It is a correct opinion. Calling what happened on Jan 6th an insurrection is wishful thinking on the part of the left.
It was a riot at worst. As has been pointed out, no one was charged with insurrection. If the government truly thought it was an insurrection, someone would have been charged. If the government didn't consider an insurrection, then why do you? Other than the fact that insurrection is a bigger club to wield than riot.
