100% their fault. They chose to break the law. Nobody forced them to break the law... unless of course every. single. one. of them are drug mules AND the cartel was holding a gun to their head.

Not many people think that someone deserves to be sent to a place like CECOT and potentially disappeared for the rest of their life because they were looking for a better life for themselves. I certainly wouldn't think that someone who calls themselves a Christian would (sarcasm) But then, that was the whole point, right? To make examples out of them as a deterrent? Our prisons are full of people who were just trying to make a better life for themselves. That is not criteria in which people get to come here. How do you know if fraud has occurred if you don't have an investigation and a hearing of the "facts"?
Take this administration's word for it?  Based on the fact that it is being spouted by the current administration, we can tell with near certitude that it is false.  Statistically speaking, the odds are in my favor on this one.

If ANYONE has told them or coached them what to say in an attempt to gain access to this nation, it's fraud.

Look up the word "asylum". In no instances does it mean "seeking a better life". These people aren't "asylees", they are looking to get out of their dung heap of a country. Few if any of these people that trekked their way through a half-dozen nations and the Darien Gap were involved in any political process whatsoever. The odds are in my favor on this one.
