A sad truth is, with the capabilities of AI these days, you really don't know if a video is accurate unless you
physically took it yourself.

The bottom line for me is, while the shooting could possibly be technically legal it wasn't morally justified.
That is the conclusion I have come to. I've watched all the same videos you guys have.

In the NYT video they point out that his feet slipped on the icy street, he lost his footing on the slippery road as she started driving toward him, inhibiting his ability to get out of the way, she hit him in the rib cage, because he was leaning forward as feet slipped. roughly the 4:00 mark
