I'm pretty sure that video is fake or significantly doctored.  I've seen several YT clips of news showing that video and was like something's off here, and sure enough, in the comments of them, including this one, about half are folks submitting the same opinion of fake/doctored.  Also, one of them, I didn't watch this one all the way thru, the video is claimed to have been verified by the BBC facial recognition.  If the BBC had that video and thought it was legit, don't you think it would be all over their site/channel as well?

Their goal is to provoke a reaction from Federal officers.
In this case he got more reaction than they counted on.

Also played out in 1994 movie with Gary Busey, "Surviving the Game".  They yank Ice-T from where he's huddled living on the streets and take him out to the woods for their hunting trip.

G, no need to continually bring up Ashli Babbit; you've made your point and I think we all agree.

Quote from: Smit on January 29, 2026, 06:22 AMThis is a tyrannical, state sponsored police action that has unleashed masked secret police on targeted cities. They have been empowered to ignore laws, ignore the constitution, ignore basic human decency. Then the leaders of our country lie to us when they know we know the truth.  They deny people due process..., our "leaders" claim they have "absolute immunity" to cover literally anything that happens out there.

https://www.politico.com/news/2026/01/29/rand-paul-dhs-alex-pretti-00754259
"For people to have confidence in government and confidence in law enforcement ... we have to be very honest," Paul told reporters. "I don't think anybody in America believes he was assaulting those officers, so we have to tell the truth."

"I mean, it's something I've been concerned with the whole time I've been here," he said. "What are the rights of individuals? Who can you kill? When can you kill them? What is war? What is not war? What is due process? When do you have Fourth Amendment protections? So all these things are incredibly important."

When Josh Hawley is the voice of reason, everybody should know things have gone too far.
"Terrible — I mean, this is why there needs to be a full investigation as the president said," Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), a member of the Homeland Security panel, told reporters earlier this week. "I'm a firm believer in qualified immunity for law enforcement, but qualified immunity isn't total immunity."

With the UK - during the plandemic, the whole police were directed via "gold command - operation talla". Interesting 2 min clip and the same Q's you boys have, are asked here.
The consensus is that the police were directed via the privvy council - now this is another club, although one of the top clubs in the UK - they are the ones that have to vote to allow a new monarch to be crowned king/queen and can decline the crowning.
Obviously....the likes of shitipedia etc all say it's "just historical and no meaning'.... so why do they do it then? And why does the club still exist if it's just for show?
Anyway....

I've always found it interesting that it is called the "criminal justice system".  Can't we have a justice system that's not criminal?

And now for the truly bizarre and unsettling, but unsurprisingly predictable:
https://thehill.com/homenews/state-watch/5712539-minnesota-venezuela-walz-trump/
Quote"And he told me that, 'Well, look, Tim, we did this in New Orleans. We did it in Louisville. There's no problems,'" Walz continued. "And I said, 'You didn't kill anybody in Louisville or New Orleans. And the operation here looks very different from that.' And and then he told me it was successful in Venezuela."

Soboroff pressed on Trump's comparison, to which Walz said he was unsure why, with "what's happening to my state, that I'm interested in Venezuela."

"But he told me how well that went," the Minnesota governor added. "Which really was strange to me was he saw an operation in Venezuela against a foreign nation in the same context he saw an operation against a U.S. state and a U.S. city."

So is your hypocrisy mixed in with a lack of critical thinking.

Do you ever think anything you're not told to think by your "hive"?

Got anymore facebook meme misinformation for us?

Hopefully you realize that I'm just busting your balls, but you deserve it.

Just another unprincipled argument with no consistency of belief.
Got pretty quiet in here from the FAFO crowd once Drumpf changed his tone.

From the Greenland thread:
Quote from: beej on January 12, 2026, 08:15 AMIf our politicians say something we don't like we say, "That's what I believe now."

Let it sink in how messed up that is.

It got more than quiet. Did you catch the U turn one of our members made after the Trump change?

It went from "Pretti shot himself" to "oh yeah, this is what really happened" in like 3 minutes!

MAGA Republicans are like schooling fish. They can change directions in perfect unison almost instantly when given the instructions to do so. 'Cept it's not pretty to watch Repugs do it.

I think maybe it got quiet because the members are tired of arguing like school kids. Plus, people retire and don't come around anymore.

We've been around for 26 years, including both forums. It's been a good run but I think maybe it has run its course.
