It's been several weeks since I've been in that early. But typically, yes. You can probably still find me up at 1am fairly regularly.  My boss has been nice enough to allow me to do some work from home if/when needed.

I have the same Issues. What works for me is simple things. I concentrate on simple issues. Not mistakes . Just simple things I have done. I look for the time I helped the girl next door with a flat tire. Simple.

I took a nyquil gel cap last night. It was the first sleep I've had in two days.  I feel amazing this morning.  lol

I'm not allowed to drive anymore because I keep randomly losing eyesight in my left eye and getting double vision about twice a day.  Better than booze I say.  .
