Kinda hard to have "Herd Immunity" when you inject 23 million unvaxxed illegals into the pool.

Not sure where you get 23M.  Generally agreed upon number is ~15M, total.  This is a little less than 5% of the US population, so if we were all vaccinated and they were all not, we'd still have the needed 95%.
More importantly, most of those have been here for years - they have been part of the population longer than the recent uptick in measles outbreaks, and not the source of importation.
And many of the countries of origin have near the vaccination rate of the US, on down to about 80% - Venezuela being the exception at 60-70%.
So even if we use the 23M that puts that population closer to 7% of US total and average them at 70% vaccinated (which is likely lower than reality), less than 2% of the US population is unvaccinated undocumented immigrants. 

What we're missing is about 25M 'Muricans behaving like 'Muricants and f-ing it up for everybody.
But hey, I guess that's no surprise.  It only took about 10k to put a shiner on Jan.06

And for the record, I'm not against the measles vax. I just seem to remember lefties calling for jailing people for getting haircuts during covid but will defend illegal border crossers of unknown health status. Whether or not my answer stays on point to your feelings is irrelevant to the fact that hypocrisy from the left over vax/disease risk is glaringly obvious.
