I received no interest on my money. And it was taken not paid.

Your mouth runs like diarrhea and you are paying too. we'll see in 20 years how you feel about your money.

Incog, perhaps you misunderstand how this forum works: Despite your continued efforts, there is no prize for posting the dumbest shit.

People who advocate for a single payer system know damn well that it isn't free.

With your inevitable future liver transplant, one would think you'd pay better attention to the benefits and shortcomings of various healthcare systems.

Quote from: jstell on May 07, 2026, 01:21 PMSo while you were working you paid into a socialist government-run insurance program, and now that you're retired you still have access to the benefits of said insurance.  I'm glad it works for you.  Thank LBJ.

So when you go home does your "Partner" ask how your day went??

Look at your check and say "Who the fuck is "SSI" and "Medicare" ????

And you tell him "I didn't vote for that'??

"Bernie said"  "Gavin said" LOL!!

And here I give to everyone.

Quote from: Here's Johnny! on May 07, 2026, 12:48 PMDespite the perception our system is not "free" I get taxed heavily to pay for this and other government sponsored services like education etc. Free in terms of not getting a bill each time you visit yes but not free if you are a tax payer.

Wait times can be quite long but it depends. I was in yesterday for a yearly appointment with my cardiologist and I am have an appointment for further testing within 2 weeks. If it was an emergency I would have not left the hospital yesterday. If you go to the ER by car or walk in you are triaged and could die, if you go in by ambulance you are prioritized (I had this experience first hand, going in by ambulance, totally bypassed the ER department and got treated immediately. Doctor said if I had walked in I would have died in the ER waiting 4-6 hours to get treatment).

I have still waited for 6 hours waiting for 8 stiches on my head, and i came in an ambulance

UK have had people die stacked in the corridors.
Fat Worzel had everyone banging saucepans on their doorsteps at 7pm on Plandemic Thursday because "best in the world".
