Zillow has my house valued at $63,000 more than I paid for it 3 years ago.

My condo has doubled in value since I bought it 5 years ago.  On the down side, so has my property tax.
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

Bought our house 5 years ago for $89 per sq foot.  I should easily get $136+ per Ft.

We've done some upgrades and modernizing.  New home builds in this area are going for 150+ per Ft.
