We were just told that all U.S. Spirit Aerosystems employees must be vaccinated by December 8 to maintain employment.

They're trying to increase their defense business so they don't want to piss off the government.

This is because of Biden's federal mandate. There are billions of dollars at stake. Boeing is doing the same thing.

This is way higher than HR. Also, it only applies to the U.S. facilities.

According to the posting by Doug there is no mandate on paper. There needs to be more than a verbal mandate to make it forcible. I haven't checked into it yet but I'll trust he's correct and do some searching later tonight.

Well, the way I see it, it's Reko's free market at work. Spirit provides above average pay and benefits. If I want to partake in those, I have to meet Spirit's conditions for employment. The reasons for those requirements, at this point,, are irrelevant. One of those conditions is now being vaccinated. I can choose not to get vaccinated and not work for them. I can also choose to not get drug tested and again not work for them.

If the government mandated healthy whole foods vegan diets, outlawed alcohol and high fructose corn syrup, and forced regular exercise we could virtually eliminate heart disease, type 2 diabetes, a lot of cancers and several other of the leading chronic diseases. Millions of deaths each year could be avoided and billions in healthcare costs. It would save far more lives than the Covid vaccines.

When thinking about the the experts opinions of herd-immunity, it makes this OSHA vax mandate even more suspicious. The number of people employed at companies under 100, the unemployed, retired, and under 16 keeps it far below what is considered enough people to reach herd-immunity. However, it leaves enough unvaxxed to keep the pandemic alive and enough vaxxed to put enough external pressure on the virus forcing new variant mutations. It's almost as if this mandate is purposely designed to keep the scamdemic and powergrab alive. If you asked me for a good way to keep it alive through next fall so they can justify mail-in-stealing the midterm elections, this mandate would fit the requirements.

Yes I can... and it is not only comparable... but completely linked as collectivist dogma.

And yes... sterilization is coming... you heard it here first.

The liberal/progressives have already called for population control... many times... and they've said it out loud. Some people even think these vaccines have something in them along those lines... but I digress.

So basically, to set the foundation of my argument, you need to understand that Mowen's and liberal/progressive/collectivists like him, believe in a social contract between citizens of their country. This is how they justify the mass taxation to fund their socialist pet programs.

You live here, so we tax you... then redistribute the money across all of the important the pet programs.

I remember telling him many times, that individuals, families and charities were far superior to government handouts... but he would always say it wasn't enough, and that government programs were better. That's always the debate between free market people and collectivists.

Well, we are 100 years into big government programs now... and along comes coronavirus... and what is the natural inclination of people that think in collectivist terms? Yep... you guessed it... here we are... mandated masks... mandated shots... and believe me when I say, eventually, mandated healthcare for all... in all areas of everyone's lives.

It's the natural progression... it's incrementalism... and it shouldn't surprise anyone.

I called it a in a thousand threads on eMastercam... once you start down the liberal/progressive/collectivist government road... you are opening Pandora's Box... and little by little... it ALWAYS leads to authoritarianism and tyranny... EVERY... SINGLE... TIME.
