That's certainly been his brand from term 1.  Say the quiet parts out loud.  Corruption, bullying, back room deals on the front lawn.  The endless lies in the face of clear evidence to the contrary, starting day one with inauguration crowd size, with Kellyanne Conway having to explain to us and the world that the new administration wasn't lying, just working from a set of "alternative facts" not falsehoods.

Prior to Clinton's Presidency, you would be HARD pressed to find a Secret Service Agent that would breathe a word about the goings on at the White House, let alone write a book. 

Clinton's White House more closely "...resembled a Frat House...". 

Bush's Administration brought back some of the professionalism back to the House, but did relax some of the suit and tie requirements. He recognized younger people were changing. 

Obama got in and told Clinton; hold my beer and watch this and created the biggest dumpster fire of an administration the Republic had seen, and that's saying something given what went on in the 60's and 70's.

UFC may be a step up from the Incontinent Octogenarian known as Bidet... I mean Biden. Coke Head for a kid, whore for a VP, and I don't even know where to start with Peppermint Patty and Jean Pierre...

It's been in decline for a LONG time. 

Time will tell how bad things get. We have the government we deserve.

While it's disappointing to see this sort of thing from DJT, I can't say that I'm surprised either! He's got a long history of treating others with varying degrees of disrespect. Dignity and humility seem conspicuously absent from his life.
