Yep, Fox news lies playing repeat it till it's true just like they did with 'weapons of mass destruction' 22 years ago.  It's just manufactured 'evidence' to keep the rage flowing, and some knuckledraggers taking the bait, hook, line, and sinker.

California covered illegals in '24 "ABC News" with their Medi Cal program.  "Medi Cal" is largely funded with federal funds.  While the illegals cannot directly get federal funds, in California, they do indirectly get federally funded healthcare.

Washington State does the same thing. I'm not sure that they use Federal medicaid funding, but you could make an argument that *any* Federal funding being sent to Washington State is fair game for criticism when they are funding illegals healthcare through medicaid.  I'd have to look in to it, but I do know that there is a *very* limited number of people who qualify in Washington State, and the waiting list is incredible.

But that's not what we're talking about. We're talking specifically about ACA subsidies. The medicare issue wont change regardless of the ACA subsidies being extended. Keeping in mind that they already cut some of the medicaid funding.
