Disagree on this.... drugs are good as they cause easy targeted social collapse but also control (pecking order).
Money - with fractional reserve banking, it's never an issue as they just "print more".

It seems very possible the speech by Democrats about military personnel having an obligation to not follow illegal orders isn't so uncalled for after all.

I don't believe an Admiral would give orders to shoot helpless people in the water. Even if he wasn't morally opposed to it he would certainly know he's legally obligated to not do it.

I have a hard time believing whoever pushed the launch button to finish off the survivors didn't know it was probably illegal.
