From what I read, at least some of his victims were as young as 9.

I wonder if the people who would spend the time listening to Joe and Suzanne Humphries will spend the time to listen to how much of what she's saying incorrect.

As usual, he posts the links to everything so you can do your own research and not have to take his word for it.

I'll bite
Having spent high-hundreds of hours digging through Nih/Pubmed (and all official articles), there's loads that say yay, less that say possible, and some that say nay, on all subjects.
It is now very difficult to look, as all pushing yay, and all defending yay, are all pharma funded.
And even the so called oversee agencies, are also all compromised - as seen with convid when CEO's swapped from company to regulator and vicky versy.

From Chat

Core Thesis

The video argues that the lab-leak narrative is not supported by credible scientific evidence and persists largely due to political, ideological, and media incentives rather than data.

It emphasizes that natural zoonotic spillover remains the most evidence-supported explanation for SARS-CoV-2's origin.

Scientific Evidence Discussed

Genomic analysis

SARS-CoV-2 shows no genetic markers of laboratory engineering.

Its genome is consistent with natural evolutionary processes observed in other coronaviruses.

Comparative virology

Similar viruses exist in bats and other animals, reinforcing zoonotic plausibility.

The virus's features are suboptimal for a designed pathogen, undermining engineering claims.

Furin cleavage site

Explained as biologically plausible through natural recombination.

Not unique to SARS-CoV-2 and not evidence of lab manipulation.

Critique of Lab-Leak Arguments

Reliance on speculation

Lab-leak proponents often substitute absence of evidence with insinuation.

Misuse of "circumstantial evidence"

Proximity of the Wuhan Institute of Virology is framed as coincidence, not proof.

Shifting goalposts

Claims evolve as earlier assertions are disproven, preventing falsification.

Appeals to distrust

Anti-China sentiment and skepticism of institutions are leveraged instead of data.

Political and Media Dynamics

Politicization

The lab-leak theory gained traction through partisan conflict, especially in U.S. politics.

Media amplification

Sensationalism and "both-sides" reporting give undue legitimacy to weak hypotheses.

Grifting and influence

Some public figures monetize contrarian narratives through podcasts, books, and social media.

Misunderstandings of Scientific Process

Scientific uncertainty

Uncertainty is misrepresented as evidence of wrongdoing rather than a normal part of investigation.

False equivalence

The video stresses that not all hypotheses are equally supported, even if all are discussed.

Conclusion

The lab-leak hypothesis is portrayed as scientifically weak, rhetorically flexible, and politically useful.

The most parsimonious explanation remains natural zoonotic emergence, consistent with prior pandemics.

The video advocates for scientific literacy, evidence-based reasoning, and skepticism toward politicized science claims.
