My question not just for this, why do these people wait DECADES to come forward? Just makes me REALLY suspicious of the authenticity/accuracy of the allegation. If I'm reading correctly a 1997 incident was not reported until 2020. Why not report it even in the run up to the 2016 election? Why wait?
