At that distance if any of the ICE guys missed they shouldn't be carrying. If you are wearing one as part of your job, you damn well better know how to use it. And if "the stress of the moment caused them to miss", then they don't have the temperament for the job.

And this from MN.  Another woman was arrested for biting an officer's finger, and this one was just picking up after them littering.

An affidavit states she allegedly was seen throwing objects at officers — including chemical agents that were initially thrown by federal law enforcement in an effort to move the crowd back from a perimeter that had been set up after Pretti's shooting.
