I'd say I'll call my little brother.  He's 6'5" 250-ish and a purple belt in jiu jitsu, maybe brown by now - it's been a while. 
But he just had knee surgery on his patellar tendon, so I don't think he'll be much help for a bit.

I have a grandson who is a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. So is his little sister. He has some kind of belt in Hapkido also.
