not here, but in the overly sensitive world now... watching some older Dave Chappelle shows, and Blazing Saddles didn't even come close to what Dave throws down... every other word is n....

True, the world is definitely overly sensitive.

But your observation is correct.  
Dave Chappelle uses that word all the time in his everyday conversation.
That's the double standard, and that's why ALL hate speech laws are inherently flawed.

The 'offensiveness' of a particular word varies from person to person or group to group, so there is no way to apply a legal standard.
If a word is truly universally offensive to everyone, a standard can be applied.
But if one person or group can use a word with impunity, and another is punished for using that same word, that is the very definition of a double standard.

Okay, it's from "Everything that you wanted to know about sex but were afraid to ask" A series of vignettes.

In one sequence a man is trying to have sex with a woman I wont go into details but we can call the man Incog.

Later, hundreds of men in white jumpsuits and hoods run into a long tunnel and sit down a'la storm troppers on a transport plane, they are semen.

However, there is one black man in a white jumpsuit and hood looking around him and all the white faced guys looking confused and saying "What am I doing here?"

You cannot find that scene in that movie anymore.
