Actually we don't really eat that, I don't think Canadian Bacon should be called bacon either since it is from the wrong part of the pig!!

They do these horse shows all the school children go to watch, in modern society horses are more used by oppressive municipal police during riots, or just for a nice walk to give them excercise! You would find the mounties out on their horse too of course!
