She should have been shot dead on the spot. Period.
You don't board a school bus and proceed to act like you have a bomb or a gun to the driver and the children, THEN call them cowards if they flee and then tell them they're responsible for their classmates' deaths.

She's a piece of shit.

Now it's being questioned whether he's even a Minnesota resident, or how he has a Wisconsin license when he said he moved from Wisconsin years ago, but renewed his Wisconsin license just last fall.  So he either broke the law by having a Wisconsin license without having a residence there, or by not being a resident of the district he represents.
