The report says that Berry had consumed two alcoholic drinks and that after he finished them, he brushed his cup against a flight attendant's buttocks. The flight attendant told him "don't touch me," according to the arrest report.

He is lucky he is only being charged with battery. The story I read said he grabbed the flight attendants breasts. He could be charge with Sexual assault and be forced to be a registered sex offender for the rest of his life.

One more reason I don't fly Frontier. In the close to 100,000 miles (over 100 segments)  I've logged since January, I've yet to see an outburst on a plane.
But then again I usually have a curtain between my cabin and the rest of the plane. 😂
