So I Love swimming and I am a fat Daddy. I Love The Ocean . Well that sucks I'm in Indiana. BUT My Local YMCA has an Indoor pool.
Opens at 5 AM Yessssssss. $46 a Month and I am Looking into a Martial arts Classes... I said looking Doug. They may use me as a Dummy and I gotta be paid for the Abuse. When I was Married I paid and took the abuse. No Mas!! No Mas!! But Thank you Guys for The Support. I  would not have been here without you. Trudat !!

If you don't mind having your clothes folded while you're still wearing them you should consider BJJ. Seriously though, I do regular cardio (elliptical and treadmill) and weight lifting. Neither of those even come close to how much of a workout you get grappling.
