Oh and we still haven't heard of ONE person dying from the flu in 2 years, I wonder why that is? People don't get the flu anymore? Every year the media couldn't wait to publish those numbers on flu deaths and push the flu shot.

Depending on which statistics you look at, the 100 person threshold may not affect enough people to make a political difference.

In the same vein, one of the reasons why so much gun control legislation passes is because the reality is it truly only directly affects around 35% of the population... and unless something directly affects people they generally don't pay attention to it until it's too late.

Biden is not trying to pass a law mandating vaccines for employers of 100 or more.
He's trying to do it via a OSHA workplace safety ruling, which is illegal, as OSHA does not have the authority to do this.
The White House Chief of Staff signaled their intent with a stupid tweet yesterday praising Biden for a "genius workaround" to skirt the law.
Bottom line.. they know it's illegal, and don't care. They will try their luck in court as they know they can't
do it legally by passing a law in the House and Senate

Also, no word of who will pay for testing.

Doesn't matter to me, at this point, because we have about 35 people. My wife works at Meijer, so we'll see how that goes.
