QuoteI hate to disagree with you gcode but the heyday was 1975 to 1980

That shows you how much I know. 1975 thru 79 were my USMC days
I`ll bet I didn't watch 5 hours of TV a year.

And when comedian Patton Oswalt said the worst thing about the whole Cosby situation was the hypocrisy, Norm said, I kinda think the worst part was all the raping.

I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

I've never seen him perform, never heard of him and have no idea who he was

G, you work too hard!

John Belushi
Chris Farley
Eddie Murphy
Bill Murray
Darrell Hammond - his Bill Clinton impressions... NOBODY ANYWHERE did them better or funnier. I'd also say, he was the last SNL comedian to actually do a President impression in a mostly classy manner.
Will Farell
Tim Meadows
Chris Rock
Norm MacDonald
Molly Shannon

This is pretty much my favorites list. There's been a few skits here and there since the 90's but really, it hasn't been funny or good for a very long time.

As much as I don't like Alec Baldwin, his Doug Shweddy skit ( ... easily one of the top 5 funniest skits ever. I don't know what's funnier, the skit itself or watching Alec, Molly Shannon and Ana Gasteyer trying to hold it together.

">

I liked Norm's type of comedy. I like dry humor. I like dark humor too... probably more than I should, but hey, funny is funny.

Dana Carvey and Phil Hartman are possible the 2 funniest people ever on that show IMO.

Oh sure you have. Kinda cranky old guy. Looks like Santa in a wetsuit.

I got to drink some beers and eat some amazing Kansas City BBQ with him Saturday night.

For the record, he wasn't at all cranky.
