I didn't think the audit would have changed anything either way. Those against it said cyberninjas were biased political hacks.

The issue with the last election was politically motivated secretary of states in various states.

That was a big issue here in Maricopa. There was a deadline as written into state law that in order to vote you must be registered to vote no later than October ~~~. (think the first week of October) Some outside influencers challenged that date (law) and a hack judge moved the date until October 23th.
https://thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/519769-judge-pushes-back-arizona-voter-registration-deadline">https://thehill.com/regulation/court-ba ... n-deadline">https://thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/519769-judge-pushes-back-arizona-voter-registration-deadline

Meanwhile agents start going door to door registering people who never had any intention of voting. This went on for numerous days. The state AG challenged the ruling and finally had the date changed again... but not back to its original. So who was to say how many of these illegal registrations were cast? Only needed 10K. To me every one registered after the original date should be cast out.

Same thing in PA. You had a SoS changing voting laws.

In AZ there were over 50K illegal votes.. double votes, voters who'd moved out of state, voters known to be dead
etc etc etc. That is 5X Biden's margin of victory.
All of these corrupt votes have been turned over the the AZ Attorney General for investigation and prosecution
I doubt anything will come of that though... knowing someone cast an illegal vote and proving it in court are
2 entirely different things.
The bottom line is partisan hacks have totally corrupted our election process and nothing short of
a complete overhaul will fix it.

Arizona's election should be decertified.

The number of illegal votes coupled with the margin of victory should force a decertification.

Something that SHOULD be of concern to anyone (left or right leaning) is that the day before the audit was to begin, a system admin logged in and wiped the SQL Database. This can't be done accidentally.

Apparently there is video corroboration of this activity so they know who, what where and when. Will anything come of it? My guess is no. But I've been wrong before, and I'll be wrong again. I hope I am wrong. Would be nice to see people prosecuted.

IMO, what needs to come of this is election reform. Joe Biden is already planning a 2022 Covid summit. They are going to keep pushing the vaccine plan so that the pandemic continues through next fall to facilitate ballot harvesting/mail-in-fraud stealing of the midterms.

Kommiefornia was the testbed. It was SO wildly successful here, look for that bullshit to be coming to your state in 2022.

As Kommiefornia goes, so goes YOUR state. You can take that to the bank.

the problem with a conspiracy theory, is that there is always one more thing that never got done to keep the conspiracy theory alive. The Russian collusion theory is the same way. Democrats will go to their graves believing that Mueller failed to find the missing link, but that there is still a link.  There are a lot of things that are alarming about that election. those things need held in check.  But Trump lost and he is likely to lose again if he keeps going down this path of conspiracy.  I really liked a lot of Trumps policies, but I really don't miss this side of him at all, and I keep hearing from people who know him personally, that he is very likable in private settings. It makes me think that a lot of his conspiracy theorizing is just role playing.

QuoteApologists for the audit point excitedly to its claim that 23,444 mail ballots were cast by voters who moved prior to the date of the election — "phantom voters," Donald Trump called them. But this is weak. As the report itself notes, not only was the methodology used to arrive at this number sufficiently flawed as to yield "some error," but there are a myriad of "potential ways" in which the ballots could have been cast that "would not violate the law" at all. And a third of those voters were Republicans.

In another section, the auditors contend that 10,342 Arizonans may have voted twice. Here, too, their methodology is off. That number was arrived at by comparing the names and birth years of around 2.1 million voters in Maricopa County to the names and birth years of all voters in other Arizona counties — a patently imprecise way of going about such a comparison that, in a state of 7.2 million people, was bound to yield false positives.

Explain the deletion of the Database the day before the audit was to begin?

As Americans we're wired to "trust the process" and anything that questions the legitimacy of "the process" is regarded as "unfounded", "fake-news", or a "conspiracy".

Perfect example; you take Big 5 the mainstream media channels (in no particular order - ABC, NBC, Fox, MSNBC, and CNN). Lets look at the Presidential Administrations from G. H. W. Bush (shrub's daddy) through Biden; Look at the percentage of negative press to positive press through those 6 Administrations (Bush 1, Clinton, Bush 2, Obama, Trump, and Biden) and overwhelmingly, scratch that OVERWHELMINGLY gave far more positive press to the Democrat Administrations than was given to the Republican Administrations. That's not opinion, that is fact. I'm not even talking about the negatives of their personal lives prior to them becoming POTUS; though serial sexual predator William Jefferson Clinton STILL gets a pass to this day for his ACTUAL sexual deviancy while Donald Trump gets excoriated for SAYING deviant things. I'm talking Inauguration to Inauguration policy press. So, where I'm going with that rant; when you drill down on something, drill down on it hard, drill down on it repeatedly, you WILL change the course of public opinion.

The majority of Americans (right and left) have weak minds. They prefer to let others do their thinking for them. They prefer to let the government handle their day to day affairs. They prefer to let government give them a paycheck so they can sit at home, collect unemployment, watch Netflix, Hulu, and their favorite reality show instead of going out and living in reality.

This ALL favors the left, and while the MSM will claim they are "independent", the reality is they are OVERWHELMINGLY left to FAR left and their reporting shows it. So, the MSM tells us repeatedly this is "unfounded" and that is "alleged", while #Russia is gospel truth.

How this ends? The Republic goes away with barely a whimper because it's all a "conspiracy". The left only needs to keep playing this game for another 2 Presidential Administrations and the left will have sufficiently painted the right as the Kulaks.

Game. Set. Match.

Didn't they make a statement regarding this saying that all data was backed up and the archives were never subpoenaed?  I posted something about this earlier in the thread I believe. Bret Baier from Fox news claims that this has been debunked and that the data was available?

Keep in mind that most of what I talk about in this thread is more of a question than a statement.  :D

Here is paste from reuters, but it basically said the same thing that Bret Baier said on Fox news.

QuoteThe same day, Senate President Karen Fann wrote to county Board of Supervisors chairman Jack Sellers on May 12, 2021 here , about three "serious issues" in the ongoing audit of the general election results. In the statement, Fann outlined "ongoing non-compliance with the legislative subpoenas", "chain of custody and ballot organization anomalies" and "deleted databases."

In the section about deleted databases, Fann wrote that the Senate discovered that the entire database directory from the D drive of the machine "EMSPrimary" was deleted and the main database for the Election Management System (EMS) software was not located where it was supposed to be, including a screenshot of the database.

Sellers, however, responded in a May 13, 2021 statement visible here saying, "After reviewing the letter with County election and IT experts, I can say the allegations are false and ill-informed.  Moreover, the claim that our employees deleted election files and destroyed evidence is outrageous, completely baseless and beneath the dignity of the Arizona Senate. I demand an immediate retraction of any public statements made to the news media and spread via Twitter."

Megan Gilbertson, communications director for Maricopa County Elections Department, confirmed to Reuters that the claims are false. "Maricopa County did not delete files when preparing the subpoenaed SQL server for delivery," Gilbertson said.

The elections department also responded to Fann's letter in another letter sent to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and County Recorder here on May 17, 2021.

The department said in this letter that nothing was deleted from the database when the server was being shut down and packed up to be sent to the Senate, and that the Senate simply did not retrieve the information from the system correctly.

In a press release from Maricopa County posted on May 17, 2021 here , elected leaders called for the State to end the audit and described the auditors as unqualified.

QuoteAccording to the county elections department, the auditors did not correctly retrieve the data from the system. One of the firms hired in the audit later confirmed they were able to see the data.
