that doesn't mean much coming from a vegan  :harhar:

LOL, Even I know you eat a steak medium rare and you don't need any ketchup or sauce if you season/cook it right.

Donald Trump tells Rantz he's 'very proud' of role in fast-tracking COVID vaccine

QuoteCOVID response
That division is one which has entered the realm of public health. Trump implied that the Biden administration's messaging around vaccines has been adversarial and inconsistent, something which has led to distrust and suspicion of the vaccine.

"That's why they don't take the vaccine," Trump stated. "When I was president, they were all, everybody was lining up for the vaccine. We were doing over a million people a day. And that was early. We would have had many times that number."

"But when they started doing and saying things about the vaccine and pausing Johnson and Johnson, they caused it. How stupid was that? People get scared, and they don't trust Biden," he added.

He doubled down on the counterfactual that more Americans would be vaccinated under a Trump presidency.

"The lines were long and strong and everybody wanted it, there was no talk about mandates or anything," Trump continued. "Everybody wanted it. When he came in, they started talking about mandates."

"I think I am getting the credit for the vaccine. I'm very proud of it. I got it done in less than nine months. It was supposed to take five years, and it wasn't supposed to work, actually. They didn't know if they could come up, and not only that. Not only did I get it done, but I bought billions of dollars worth before we even had it," he said. "Otherwise, you wouldn't have your shots yet."

"Everybody knows the vaccine was my deal," he added. "Operation Warp Speed was a tremendous success. We did a great job. They're not doing a good job right now."

Despite his allegations of mismanagement of the COVID vaccine rollout, he recommends people get it.

"I recommend taking it," he suggested. "I took it. It's good. It works. I think you'd have millions of more deaths right now in the world. I think you'd have another Spanish flu like in 1917.

"

Trump has no choice but say take the vaccine. Anything else would bring hellfire from the left. He also needs to be able to keep deniability in any issues that come from the neglected testing of the vaccines. When it comes to safety and efficacy of the vaccines it is one of those rare times you will see former and current, opposite party admins, in  agreement.

So then no "Trump is a sheeple" for getting vaccinated?

Again, just looking for some consistency.  :D

This is the US of A. The ONLY consistency you're gonna find is we're gonna get the governemnt we deserve, and we're gonna get it good and hard (as gcode would say). That and MOAR LAWS. MOAR Taxes. MOAR intrusion in our daily lives. How's that for consistency? :D :P

Trump was being interviews by local radio show host Jason Rantz yesterday. Trump was fully endorsing the vaccine and saying that people should go out and get it. They played the clip of it this morning and are going to air the whole show this afternoon.  I'll probably have to wait until tomorrow and get the podcast. I'm curious how many people are calling Trump a moron for endorsing the vaccine?

He's a moron for endorsing the vaccine.

You might want to research the flax seed.

The info I have seen is 1-2 tablespoons a day is good for you. More than that can lead to health issues. That can be said for a lot of plant based foods. Spinach is good for you, but too much will cause problems. If I switched out the daily kale for spinach I may be at risk for oxalate levels that cause kidney stones. You can get too much of a good thing.

I've been eating a lot of kale, collard greens and swiss chard lately. right out of the garden. Fry up some onion and garlic, add whatever mix I've gotten out of the garden along with sage, rosemary, parsley, also fresh from the garden. A little, salt and pepper, steam with a little chicken broth. Bon A'petit.

Search flax seeds and testosterone. There's argument about how much of a drop there is but a high percentage agrees there is a drop. At my age I need all I can get.

Switch out the chicken broth for veggie broth and I'm in!
