Yes, I have to get out of this hole I'm in, I'm just gonna end up dead here. Once the foot recuperates I'm gonna make a Plan.
I'm pretty sure I will end up Coastal.

yes.. they are going nuts down there
some states have an app you have to run on your phone
if you are under quarantine order, they can send you a text
you have 15 minutes to reply with a selfie that included geographic annotations
if you don't you respond, you get arrested and finish your quarantine in government custody.
I read about this a couple of weeks ago
Hopefully this draconian policy has collapsed in the face of universal failure to comply

Just like that no 3 to 4 day warning like the said , I had 18 hrs. notice , but I was already there .
they didn't show up the next day to do the drilling like they said they would, or the next but they did show up the third day after they said ..
and they are drilling according to my spies I have in the area.
