What kind of birth control or protection does a super being use?
Imagine the birth control the mother would have to be on to prevent pregnancy from super sperm.
Condoms would be worthless, he would blow those off like a balloon that hasn't been tied.
So basically Superman can't have "safe sex"

Unless he is a bottom with the fellas...but that would run into the problem of him getting excited during the moment and clenching his cheeks, a super clench if you will, guaranteeing serious injury to the top.
