Here is the summary;

Full text;

The full text is 490 pages, I'm scared to think what kind of crap is hidden in there. Notice in addition to weekly testing, unvaxxed people have to wear masks. So glad I work for a small company that isn't subject to this mandate. However once the compliance dates have passed I'm sure they will try to enforce it on small companies as well. Hopefully there will be some finally answers to constitutionality from court challenges before it effects me.

I'm not sure I'd hold out much hope for that...courts so far have let mandates stand....and I don't feel great about SCOTUS doing anything different on that front...

I'm not holding out hope either. So far McConnel's (Worst Speaker ever) hand picked Rino's (Barret and Kavanaugh) have shown their big gov love in their rulings. I just mean a SCOTUS ruling on it will let me make a decision on what my direction moving forward will be.

We went from 2 weeks to flatten the curve to take 2 jabs so we let you feed your family...

All that in roughly 613 days. Well done. Wonder how long it will take to start herding the un-COVID jabbed onto rail cars?

From the summary...

QuoteThe ETS does not
require employers to pay for any costs associated
with testing. However employer payment for
testing may be required by other laws, regulations,
or collective bargaining agreements or other
collectively negotiated agreements. In addition,
nothing prohibits employers from voluntarily
assuming the costs associated with testing.

How many employees just got added the all OSHA groups in the United States of America with this? 10,000 people seem unreasonable? All making over $60K a year? Wonder who is going to pay for that? 2 Covid tests are $30 so if you have 10,000 employees your weekly cost for those employees not vaccinated would be how much? This just put a gun to a lot of companies heads and see a lot of companies going out of business and cutting back their work forces due to this happening.

Merry Christmas thank you Biden and Harris great job.  :popo:  :popo:  :popo:

Here is a good article about how many people working in America were just effected by this EO.

https://www.qualitydigest.com/inside/management-column/it-s-time-apply-risk-management-president-biden-s-vaccine-mandates-110421">Good QC Article about this subject

This one line bothers me if true about the whole thing:
QuoteWhich begs the following question. It's not about how the Biden administration is handling the response to the pandemic, or the fact that the EOs don't apply to congressional or judicial branch workers. No, my question is simply this: Will these mandates apply to you and your employees?

Who exactly will be enforcing it?

I've been working in manufacturing for over 30 years, I've yet to meet an OSHA inspector. It seems I'd be equally likely to encounter bigfoot on my way in to the shop.

They (MNOSHA) came here last year in early summer. The inspector was more worried about our Covid plan and protocols than actual safety. He was here for 2 hours and only spent about 20 minutes in the shop. Luckily we had a documented Covid plan in place that was in accordance to state guidelines. We only have 25 or so employees so for now we don't have to worry about this mandate.

The 1-4-2022 deadline gives me more options. I'm currently doing research for where I want to transfer my 401k funds to add a buffer zone from .gov.

It is by design. Separation of powers. The executive branch cannot mandate anything to the legislative or judicial branch.
I get where you are coming from, and it is very hypocritical for congress not to pass a mandate for themselves, but I get why an EO wouldn't apply to congress. Biden should at least go on record that he wants congress to pass a mandate covering them.
